Hi, I'm Rich!

I'm here to help you throughout your entire home buying and selling process. Trying to do it all on your own can be burdensome. I'll find you homes within your price range, help you find buyers, assist you with paperwork, and more. 


Real Estate, I am knowledgeable in many areas such as residential, commercial, new construction, agriculture, investing, and relocation. I partner with many great lenders, home inspectors, surveyors, appraisals, real estate attorneys, septic inspectors and contractors. Negotiating comes easy to me! If you are looking for land to erect any type of dwelling or development, my civil engineering expertise will be beneficial. Prior to real estate I was a civil engineer that designed housing developments and commercial site plans from concept to construction, including surveying and designing septic systems.


Experienced Property Manager, services include but are not limited to: monthly billing, maintenance, inspections, thorough tenant screening, representation for DE Landlord/Tenant matters in court, if needed. My partner, Christy Wilkins, is also a REALTOR & Property Manager. Before real estate she worked in the media for newsprint, radio and television. We are military relocation specialists, several attorney's refer their clients to us to sell their property who have lost a loved one or are going through a divorce. Christy serves on many real estate association committee boards.


My family and I are long-time Delaware natives, I am a graduate of Caesar Rodney High School and graduated from University of Delaware with my bachelor's degree in engineering. My spouse is also my real estate partner, we have 3 boys and enjoy bike riding, site seeing, vacations, driving up on the beach and helping others.
